A: Our MOQ is 50PCS per item per finish. Besides, we keep a moderate storage in our warehouse in the US to save time for our customers with small quantity needs, if we have stocks overseas.
Q4: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter as an official proof of permitting us to print customer's logo on the products.

A: We have highly-functional PVD equipments in our factory to proceed the full PVD Nano process .
Q7: How many colors for your PVD Nano sinks?
A: Four different colors. Pewter, gunmetal black, rose gold and matte gold color.
Q8: What dimension of the kitchen sinks you can provide?
A: Actually we can customize any dimension customers want.
Q9: How can I get some samples?
A: Before our first cooperation, you can place a simple order at first, and the production arrangement will be made once we confirm that sample order. The sample order will include the sample costs and air freight costs.
Q10. What certificate do you have?
A: CUPC certificate for North American market and CE for European market.
Q11: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is always the priority of our business. We strictly control our product quality by following up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case of any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures and video for reference.
